About the Role
The Front Desk Representative is responsible for maintaining positive guest interactions while consistently and courteously responding to their needs, requests, necessary service transactions and tasks. This position is critical to ensure quality service to our guests and upholding hotel standards, while working with members of the hotel team, maintaining room quality as well as safety and security of the hotel.
The General Manager position at a hotel is the overall leader of the hotel and direct report of the Franchise Owner or Management company. This position requires a commitment to managing all overall operations of the hotel and have the drive to manage others, generate revenue, control expenses, maximize profitability, deliver superior customer service and maintain a quality product.
